Billing
Members can manage payment details, invoices and cancellation from the billing page, which opens Stripe's own portal. Charges from us appear on your statement under our business name.
Law enforcement
Requests from law enforcement should be sent to the email address above with "Law enforcement request" in the subject line, and should identify the requesting agency, the legal basis for the request, and the specific records sought. We respond to valid legal process. We will tell the account holder unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.
Reporting a problem
Security issues, or anything on the site that looks wrong, to the same address. Analysis that turns out to be mistaken gets corrected on the page with a note saying what changed — that is the point of the track record.
