Terms of Service
Last updated 23 October 2026. These terms govern your use of nosrunner.com, operated by Mcpeerigan Inc ("we", "us").
1. What this service is
Numbers Runner publishes market analysis, research tooling output and educational material. It is not investment advice, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. We are not a broker, a dealer, or a registered investment adviser. No content here is personalised to your circumstances, and no one here knows what they are.
Analysis is published with the measurements behind it, including when those measurements show a method does not work. Past results — ours or anyone's — do not predict future results. You are responsible for your own decisions and your own losses.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You may not use the service where doing so would breach the laws that apply to you.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. One account is for one person: sharing credentials, or giving others access to members-only material, is grounds for ending your membership without a refund.
4. Membership and billing
Membership costs $15 per month, billed in advance, and renews automatically each month until cancelled. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.
You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops the next payment — it does not end the current period, and you keep access until that period runs out.
We may change the price. If we do, we will tell you before it affects you, and you may cancel.
5. Refunds
All purchases are final. Cancel before a renewal and you are not charged; there is no refund afterwards for a period you did not use. A billing mistake — an unauthorised charge, a duplicate, a charge after cancellation — is not a purchase and is always put right. Set out in full in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. What you may and may not do
Members-only material is for your own use. You may not republish it, resell it, redistribute it, or use it to operate a competing service. You may not scrape the site, attempt to bypass the member gate, probe its security, or interfere with its operation.
You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link.
7. Availability
We do not promise the site will be available without interruption, or that any particular analysis will be published on any particular day. Data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
8. Ending the arrangement
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, with a pro-rata refund of the current period unless the breach involves sharing or redistributing members-only material.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified on the site or by email before they take effect, and the date above will change.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts there have jurisdiction.
