Refund Policy
Last updated 23 October 2026. Short version: all purchases are final. Cancelling is one click and stops the next payment, which is why there is no refund window and why you never need one.
All purchases are final
Numbers Runner memberships are sold on a non-refundable basis. We do not refund a payment because you changed your mind, because you stopped reading, or because you meant to cancel and forgot.
This is said here, in the terms, and on the members page before you pay, so that nobody subscribes under a different impression.
Cancel instead — that is the protection
You can cancel at any time from your billing page — no email, no retention call, no form, nobody to persuade. Cancelling stops the next payment and you keep access until the period you have already paid for ends.
Because that takes one click and works immediately, nobody has to pay for a month they do not want. The way to not be charged is to cancel before the renewal, not to ask for $15 back after it.
What is not a purchase, and is always put right
"Final" covers the membership you chose and received. It does not cover a billing mistake, and we do not keep money we were never owed. Tell us and we return it:
- A charge you did not authorise.
- A duplicate charge.
- A charge after you cancelled.
- A charge in the wrong amount.
- A period in which the members-only material was materially unavailable.
Write to support@nosrunner.com. Tell us the email on the account. Money returned goes back to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten business days once issued, depending on your bank.
If we end your membership
If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of the period — keeping money for a service we chose not to deliver is not what "final" means. If we close it for sharing or redistributing members-only material, we do not.
Before you call your bank
Write to us first. A chargeback takes months, and if the charge was a mistake we can usually settle it the same week. If you see a charge from a name you do not recognise and think it is us, ask — and if it is not us, we will tell you plainly so you can take that to your bank.
